Todd M. Kenyon, PE

Todd M. Kenyon PE, Design Engineer

 

     Mr. Todd Kenyon will assist in the design of all new facilities and will perform all Computer Aided Design (CAD).  He will also have the responsibility for the actual construction of many of the projects.  He will research all building code items, develop structural plans and specifications, mechanical plans and specifications, electrical plans and specifications, site plans, foundation plan, floor plans, building cross sections, elevations, wall cross sections, door and window schedules, room finish schedule, and reflected ceiling plan.  Prior to now Mr. Kenyon was employed by The Wieland-Davco Corporation, Kenyon Brothers Construction, Inc. and Gourdie/Fraser & Associates, Inc.

 Wieland-Davco Corporation, Lansing, MI

    Project Supervisor for a thirty million dollar fast-tract horse farm with forty buildings in Kentucky.

 

Kenyon Brothers Construction, Hillman, MI

    Specialized in residential and light commercial construction.   Responsible for all aspects of management including design and drawings, bidding, contracts and proposals, and supervision.

 

 Gourdie/Fraser & Associates, Inc.,  Traverse City, MI         

    Responsible for the overall supervision and management of civil engineering design projects.  Responsibilities included research, design, bidding, construction administration, and project turnover.
