Robert Kenyon & Sons, Inc. has been building beautiful custom homes and office buildings in northern Michigan since 1957, with some of the finest addresses in the area to its credit. While we will build buildings of any size we specialize in the construction of design/build single family residences and small office buildings. We build in many communities throughout all of Alpena, Montmorency, Presque Isle, and Alcona Counties. We will build on any type of terrain from city lots to wooded areas to difficult/steep slopes. We will build from your plans or ours. We host in-house design with sophisticated Computer-Aided-Design software. We also promote research and education of all our staff to stay ahead of all the design trends. Together these tools ensure that every home is unique, garnering praise and attention.

Our team approach is distinct because you have not one pair of eyes overseeing the construction of your home but several. We realize that four heads are better than one. Your Project Manager coordinates with you every single Subcontractor, Supplier, Interior Designers, etc. to ensure every desire is met. At any given time you'll have multiple team members on your site watching over the construction of your home. This ensures that attention is given to even the smallest detail.
